Last Wednesday I was invited to an awesome pop up shop at the Chinatown Experiement! Dream Lover Collective is a group of Vancouver makers, ranging from jewellery lines, pottery, knits, leather goods and even hot sauce. Click through for more from the night!
We headed to Chinatown to discover a gorgeous spread of jewels and goodies. Wasted Effort launched their collection, "Paradise Lost", a striking geometric line of necklaces, bracelets and earrings. I loved the Art Deco feeling of LACAR, and I've been enjoying the newest angular additions of one of my local favourites, Broken Promises. Scout & Catalogue wowed me with swirling motifs on leather clutches and totes, and there were even seed packets for the green thumb in all of us.
I'm looking forward to more from this collective, it's inspiring and encouraging to see young talent making an impact in Vancouver!
