I have been burning to share this outfit. Still punching out outfit photos from the rest of December, this is most definitely one of my favourites in recent memory! It's featuring my pimpin' rich grandma leopard fur collar (it was a bit of a splurge, but when would I come across another?), my newest addition to a growing collection of thrifted tortoiseshell sunglasses and a plaid shirt which I dug up from my "archives" back at my mom's house. You know the days when you feel totally put together, comfortable and like yourself? This was one of those! I know, I know, everyone wishes that was everyday, but we try, right? The foodie picture at the end is my delicious lunch from a mongolian grill. Tim and I had never been, and I really loved picking out what's going in my stir fry! I can't wait to eat there again :)

HAHA! I laughed out loud when I read the post title! Love that skit.
You look superb in that plaid, darlin-- I wish you could be my thrifting buddy! :-)
That collar is completely insane in a good way. :D I am loving that shirt and have been reminded I have a shirt dress in a similarly colored plaid. Perhaps for tomorrow's get up? :D
I love the leopard stole and plaid shirt. The days I usually feel like myself involve jeans lol. That food looks good too :)

OhmyGod. I think I just died and went to heaven.
I laughed at the title of this post, I was thinking of the Will Ferrell sketch.. oh dear.
I love the outfit too! That leopard collar is fantastically great.
You look absolutely stunning, and that collar was definitely a must buy!
LOVE it - and you're right, this outfit just looks totally you, head-to-toe :) Finding that outfit that just makes you feel like your best self is just.... well, the best.
And it's not a splurge if you need it....

I don't usually like the animal print but it looks great the way you wore it!
beautiful!
Gosh my mouth is always watering for the days when I lived in San Francisco and could go to all you can eat Mongolian barbecue every weekend! I also love that you referenced Biggie and your luxe luxe luxe collar! Thank you so much for reposting my Hans Christian Andersen outfit. I've been a total secret fan of your blog but now the secret is out of the bag and it wishes it had been residing in your awesome structured bag this whole time.
