Hans Christian Anderson.

This is technically an older post, but I really love this outfit.
The juxtaposition of black and white, the tights, the hair fascinator!
It's even got a cape. Perfection.

    oh cute! the shoes are great. this outfit reminds me a bit of a sassy magazine editorial on wearing black and white in a lewis carrol way (I've yet to post it, but will soonish)
