I found this dress a couple of weeks ago thrifting with Emily, who I'm pretty sure brings me magical thrifting luck. We always find the best stuff together, she got these sweet leather lace up booties that fold over! They are amazing, and I'm jealous.

Super adorable dress! Love the idea of wearing polka dots with opaque black tights - I will definitely be trying that come autumn.
